The Annexe Cottage
The modern self-contained annexe cottage is a cosy intimate property with its own private entrance and can sleep 2 people comfortably. The annexe cottage includes an entrance hall leading into a good size open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a fully equipped bathroom with electric shower facilities and one double bedroom just off the entrance hall. There is a further double bedroom that can be used as part of the annexe accomodation therefore allowing for a maximum of 6 guests if required..
The annexe cottage lounge area comprises of a large comfortable sofa which converts to a further double bed with a wall mounted LCD TV and an iPod docking station. The view from the window offers outstanding views over Loch Dunvegan to the front of the property. A spotting scope is provided for guests to enjoy the seals that colonise the small islands of Loch Dunvegan.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay - electric hob, oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge, microwave and toaster press with ample crockery. There is a dining table and chairs with access through french doors to the outside area where there are lovely views to the secluded wooded area located at the rear of the property.
Both double bedrooms also offer outstanding views which you can enjoy from the comfort of the relaxing bed. The well appointed shower room has a shower cubicle with an electric power shower, wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Outside there is a private parking area and an outside dining area. Guests are free to make use of the owners gardens.
Wifi is available throughout the property.
The House
The house can be booked seperately from the cottage and will accomodate 6 people within 3 double bedrooms . There is also a sofa bed within the house lounge and seperate sitting area with stunning views over Loch Dunvegan and out to the outer Islands.
The fully functional seperate kitchen and utility room has all the necessary facilities that you would require during your stay.
All the double bedrooms within the house have either a deluxe Super-King or deluxe Double bed and we can also accommodate twin beds if required.
There is a family style bathroom with a bath, wash basin WC and heated towel rail on the ground floor and an upstairs shower room with an electric shower which are both well appointed.
The Full House and Cottage
The whole house including the annexe cottage will sleep up to 8 people, catering for all your holiday requirements and is fully equipped for all your needs having recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard and specification.
The annexe cottage and house can either be booked seperately or together and we can offer flexible accommodation to suit each party of guests.
Regrettably, as the accommodation is newly built, we do not accept pets. We also operate a strict No Smoking policy.
