The newly built self-contained annexe, which is attached to the owners home but with its own private entrance door, comfortably accommodates 2 people and has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the available space and is beautifully appointed throughout. The small entrance hall leads through a glazed door into a good sized open plan kitchen / diner / living room. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge, microwave and toaster / sandwich press with ample crockery. There is a dining table and chairs with access through french doors to the outside seating area where there are lovely views to the secluded wooded area located at the rear of the property.
The lounge area comprises of a large comfortable sofa, a wall mounted LCD TV / DVD and an iPod docking station / radio. There is a large picture window with outstanding views over Loch Dunvegan to the front of the property. A spotting scope is provided for guests to enjoy the seals that colonise the small islands of Loch Dunvegan.
The shower room is located off the entrance hall, as is the double bedroom. The well appointed shower room has a shower cubicle with an electric power shower, wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
The double bedroom also has a large picture window with outstanding views out to the front of the property, so guests may choose to simply stay in bed and admire the views whilst having a nice cup of coffee!
Guests are also provided with sumptuous bath robes to snuggle up in after a long day out exploring the island.
Outside there is a private parking area and an outside dining area. Guests are free to make use of the owners gardens.
Regrettably, as the accommodation is newly built, we do not accept pets. We also operate a strict No Smoking policy within the annexe.
